*How can I pay for my item?

3. By Hipay:
Hipay offer an ultra-secure, SSL encrypted service, which protects all your data. The data that you send to us outside of the payment remains private and unknown to us.

In order to protect your bank details, Hipay uses the SIPs computer system developed by ATOS – European leaders in secure payments. The site doesn’t retain your card details, therefore necessitating the entry of your details again after each online purchase.

*I forgot to fill in the details about engraving my jewelry, what can I do?
No worries! Send an email to [email protected] with your message, indicating clearly where you would like it engraved.

*Id like to send my order to another address, is this possible?
Of course. Simply complete the delivery address where you would like your article to be sent whilst completing your order.

*How can I take care of my jewelry?
If a product is damaged and the gurantee period has expired, you can return it to us. The return costs will be at your expense. Before sending us your product, please let us know the problem by mail ([email protected]) so we can give you an estimate of the repair costs.

We would remind you that Art’emi usues precious metals, stones and leathers of the highest quality. They are manufactured to the highest standard. We recommend you take care of them by not exposing them to water. Sterling silver items should be polished with a very soft silver cloth which ac be found in many specialist stores.

*What if I change my mind about the order?
Under Belgian law, any buyer based in Belgium has the right to inform us that they wish to cancel their order, in the seven working days following the day after delivery date. The buyer should include in the parcel a copy of the order or the bill. We will then process your refund, within 30 days, of the price of the article according to the statutes laid down in article 10.

This rule applies equally to those with similar legislation in their country of residence.

If a buyer exercises this right, the modalities of article 10 come into effect.

Sale items are neither refunded nor exchanged.

*How can I return an item to your boutique?
Returns under article 9 below won’t be accepted, refunded or exchanged unless our specialists confirm that the article is as it was sent out from our atelier, without damage, modification nor interference of any kind.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete (original certificate if applicable packaging, instructions etc., in perfect condition accompanied by a copy of the original bill. Any product returned that is incomplete, damaged or dirtied won’t be accepted.

Our specialist will confirm that that the fittings, stones and any other significant elements of the piece relate to the product that was sent to you, without damage, modification not interference of any kind.

In addition,any object that you wished to be engraved either with a personal message or otherwise (notably that the fittings or if the diamond(s) were engraved by laser or other, beyond the original numbered certificate, cannot be exchanged, nor refunded.

In the case of an exchange, if the new order is higher than the original item, the buyer should include in the order proof of the outstanding sum. Conversely, if the item to be exchanged is of a lesser value then the buyer will receive a refund for the difference.

If a buyer exercise their rights under article 9, the cost of returns are at the buyers expense. The address for returns is Art’emi sprl – 367 Avenue Louise – 1050 Bruxelles – Belgium. The return and associated risks is at the responsibility of the buyer, and the product should not have been used by the buyer.
