How can I change my personal details (telephone, e-mail address, home address, etc.) ?

The site complies with the Belgian law of the 8th of December 1992 on the processing of personal data for all data processed and collected in Belgium.

Under this law, each user has the right to consult, delete, modify or correct his data. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@artemi.be

The information collected while ordering one of our creation has for only purpose the facilitation of your online shopping. Your order and invoice are archived for a period of five years from the date of delivery of the product(s). However, to prove our trust and good faith, your data is not sell to any other company. Art'emi undertakes to keep strictly confidential any information at its disposal. For more information, please visit the privacy & security of your personal data on our website.

How is the personal information I have provided on the website used ?

To carry out our top secret missions and pursue our interests, we use your personal data for several reasons:

Can I buy a pendant / chain by unit ?

Unfortunately, this service is not offered yet by our jewelry. However, this is one of our future projects. To be among the first to be informed of the latest news from our brand, art'emi invites you to subscribe to the newsletter or to subscribe to its social networks. From what age can you wear art'emi jewelry ?

Regarding the precautions to be taken with children, the art'emi jewels or accessories are not suitable for children under 36 months, that is to say 3 years old. Baptismal jewelry, birthday jewelry etc.... must be the subject of particular vigilance from parents. Art'emi declines all responsibility in the case of any accident related to one of its jewels or accessories.

Are art'emi jewels waterproof ?

Art'emi jewelry is made of resistant and quality materials. Some of them (such as bracelets with adjustable strings) are made to be waterproof. However, against time, usage and "washing", art'emi cannot guarantee that its creations will remain intact. The brand does not recommend to put your jewelry under water if you want to keep it in good condition for a long period of time.

Art'emi draws your attention to seawater and sand. They do not go well with our creations and we do not recommend wearing them at the beach. Indeed, salt water and grains of sand could damage your jewellery, even scratch it.

Art'emi is a handcraft jewelry store, and it is therefore possible that some products, victims of their success, may be out of stock. My art'emi jewel is damaged, can I have it fixed ?

If your art'emi product is damaged, you can return it to us for repair. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Before sending us your product, please let us know by email (info@artemi.be) so that we can tell you about the amount of repairs.

However, if your jewelry is still under warranty and it is a manufacturing defect validated by our experts, please let us know via this same email address or directly on our website. We will provide you with a complete and free repair service.

How long does the warranty last and does it work abroad ?

Each art'emi jewel is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the reception of the invoice. This warranty applies to all our products worldwide, regardless of where you purchased them. In addition, in the case of a defect or unusual problem, let us know by email: info@artemi.be. We'll discuss it together and see how to proceed.

I would like to order a new cord/fabric to personalize my bracelet, is it possible ?

Absolutely ! All you have to do is send us an email to the following address: info@artemi.be, indicate which model it is and which element you would like to change/modify. Art'emi will then inform you of the price of this modification and the procedure to follow.

My personalized engraving is too long, how do I do ? Is there a maximum number of characters ?

The art'emi customizable jewelry can contain between 10 to 35 characters depending on the model chosen. The Belgian jewelry store reminds you that you can not only have a message engraved but also a drawing or a logo, at your convenience.

Which size should I choose for my art'emi jewel ?

You have a little blackout and you don't remember your finger size anymore? Don't worry, art'emi is there to save you. It provides you with a small size guide (just for you) to know your ring size. It is valid for both Women and Men ! Please don't be shy, follow me ....

What will my engraving look like ?

If you want to know what the engraved jewel will look like at the end, nothing could be easier. Our engravings are in accordance with the visuals presented on our website. If you choose to engrave a text on your medal, you get a preview of what it will look like with the selected typography.

Concerning drawings or prints, no preview appears. But it will be similar to the visual you would have downloaded.

Is it possible to have a colored engraving ?

I might disappoint you but our engravings are not colored. Our medals are engraved with the tip of a diamond or by laser. We can't use color with this type of process.

I forgot to complete the box dedicated to the personalization of my jewelry, what should I do ?

You just ordered an art'emi jewel, but you're a bit forgetful and did not mention your engraving ! It's a pity.... But it's ok, we can fix it ! :) Send us an email on contact@artemi.be, with the message(s), logo(s) or drawing(s) you want to engrave, the place where it should be engraved, and the typography you want to use and we'll take care of it.

What are the different possible means of payment ?

You have several possible solutions:

  • Either online→ via HIPAY (credit card) or via PAYPAL or via STRIPE

Is my payment on the website secured ?

At art'emi, we pay particular attention to the security of your transactions. This is why our payment methods selected with love and tenderness are ALL secured. And don't worry, the website doesn't register your credit card number.

The accepted cards on our website are following ones : Visa, Master Card/Eurocard and American Express.

Are taxes included in the final price or will I have to pay a supplement ?

So, good news for you, unless otherwise stated, the prices indicated on our art'emi website include Belgian VAT. This is 21%. So, a quick recap' to see if you have understood correctly: the price you see on your screen is indeed the right one - VAT is already included in the price.

Where can I have my order shipped ?

Our products can be delivered anywhere in the intergalactic world and this for free! They are delivered by BPOST Belgium, which provides you with a system of tracking of your order.

I would like to ship my order to another address, is it possible ?

Yes, of course. You can have your jewelry sent to a different address from the invoice one. To do so, specify it when you're ordering your product in the "Address" tab. It's very practical for a surprise gift for example !

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

In Belgium :

Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Delivered in 2-3 working days.

In Europe :

Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Usually delivered within 5-7 business days.

Outside the European Union:

Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees and additional charges charged by the courier company at destination. Payment must be made by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any costs once the package has been shipped from our jewellery workshop in Brussels.

There is also a "next day" delivery option available on the delivery quotation. This option is working worldwide. Once shipped, you're provided with a tracking code to track your order. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure to be there that day!

I need to have my jewelry on a specific date, how does it work ?

All our creations are shipped 1 to 2 days after reception of the payment. In addition, there is a "next day" delivery option available on the delivery quotation if you wish to be delivered quickly. This is working worldwide. You can then track your package (see question under).

What are the different means of delivery ?

Now that you have the jewel in mind, all you need to know is how it will get into your little hands. There are different processes. Art'emi offers you two solutions concerning delivery:

  • Have your package delivered to the delivery address you have indicated to Bpost during the purchase process
  • Come and pick it up at the company's headquarters by appointment (contact@artemi.be):

Does the price displayed on the website include delivery ?

The delivery of art'emi's products is completely free of charge and this worldwide. Therefore, you do not have to pay any additional costs when you proceed to payment. The price displayed is the price you will have to pay, without any surcharge !

Is there a withdrawal period following the purchase of a piece of jewelry ?

In accordance with Belgian law, any buyer established in Belgium is entitled to notify the art'emi website that he renounces his purchase within seven working days from the day after the delivery date. The buyer concerned must include a copy of his order or invoice in the package. The site will refund the price of the product within 30 days.

This provision will apply to any buyer who enjoys the same protection in his country of residence.

Please note that products with special offers are neither returned nor exchanged.

Is it possible to return a personalized jewelry?

Products that have been the subject, at your request, of a personalized or specific inscription (in particular, whose frame has been engraved or whose diamond(s) have been engraved by laser or other means), may no longer be refunded or exchanged once the payment has been made.

How do I return a product purchased on your website ?

Returns will only be accepted and the product will be refunded or exchanged if our specialists confirm that the product is in compliance with the one that was sent, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (original certificate provided, packaging, case, instructions...), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice. Please note that products with special offers are neither returned nor exchanged.

If a buyer returns an article, and if the latter respects the conditions mentioned above, the returning shipping costs is on us. The return is at the buyer's risk and the product must not have been used at all.

How to exchange a product purchased on your website ?

In case of exchange, if the new order is more expensive than the previous one made, the user must attach to the exchange request the payment of the balance. Conversely, if the amount of the exchanged product is cheaper than the amount of the previous one, the user will receive a refund of the overpayment.

Is it possible to make a gift package?

All art'emi creations are carefully packed in suitable boxes. You will find in each box the jewelry harmoniously presented, as well as its certificate of authenticity and its guarantee. You can therefore perfectly offer the jewel in its original art'emi box. You're going to make people happy !

Is it possible to put a card with a personalized message into the gift package ?

Exactly ! In order to personalize your gift and make this intention even more beautiful and delicate, art'emi offers you a personalization service. Just write your message in the "comment" section when you buy your jewel. We will then write the message manually on a small card, which will be placed in the jewel box.
