Regarding the precautions to be taken with children, the art'emi jewels or accessories are not suitable for children under 36 months, that is to say 3 years old. Baptismal jewelry, birthday jewelry etc.... must be the subject of particular vigilance from parents. Art'emi declines all responsibility in the case of any accident related to one of its jewels or accessories.
Art'emi jewelry is made of resistant and quality materials. Some of them (such as bracelets with adjustable strings) are made to be waterproof. However, against time, usage and "washing", art'emi cannot guarantee that its creations will remain intact. The brand does not recommend to put your jewelry under water if you want to keep it in good condition for a long period of time.
Art'emi draws your attention to seawater and sand. They do not go well with our creations and we do not recommend wearing them at the beach. Indeed, salt water and grains of sand could damage your jewellery, even scratch it.
Art'emi is a handcraft jewelry store, and it is therefore possible that some products, victims of their success, may be out of stock. Art'emi jewelry is made of different materials. These materials are not maintained the same way. In order to get a clearer picture, the Belgian jewelry website has provided you with a short interview guide for each material.
If your art'emi product is damaged, you can return it to us for repair. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Before sending us your product, please let us know by email (email@example.com) so that we can tell you about the amount of repairs.
However, if your jewelry is still under warranty and it is a manufacturing defect validated by our experts, please let us know via this same email address or directly on our website. We will provide you with a complete and free repair service.
Each art'emi jewel is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the reception of the invoice. This warranty applies to all our products worldwide, regardless of where you purchased them. The art'emi customizable jewelry can contain between 10 to 35 characters depending on the model chosen. The Belgian jewelry store reminds you that you can not only have a message engraved but also a drawing or a logo, at your convenience.
You have a little blackout and you don't remember your finger size anymore? Don't worry, art'emi is there to save you. It provides you with a small size guide (just for you) to know your ring size. It is valid for both Women and Men ! Please don't be shy, follow me ....
If you want to know what the engraved jewel will look like at the end, nothing could be easier. Our engravings are in accordance with the visuals presented on our website. If you choose to engrave a text on your medal, you get a preview of what it will look like with the selected typography.
Concerning drawings or prints, no preview appears. But it will be similar to the visual you would have downloaded.
I might disappoint you but our engravings are not colored. Our medals are engraved with the tip of a diamond or by laser. We can't use color with this type of process.
You just ordered an art'emi jewel, but you're a bit forgetful and did not mention your engraving ! It's a pity.... Yes, of course. You can have your jewelry sent to a different address from the invoice one. To do so, specify it when you're ordering your product in the "Address" tab. It's very practical for a surprise gift for example !

In Europe :
Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Usually delivered within 5-7 business days.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees and additional charges charged by the courier company at destination. There is also a "next day" delivery option available on the delivery quotation. This option is working worldwide. Once shipped, you're provided with a tracking code to track your order. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure to be there that day!

Now that you have the jewel in mind, all you need to know is how it will get into your little hands. There are different processes. Art'emi offers you two solutions concerning delivery:

The delivery of art'emi's products is completely free of charge and this worldwide. Therefore, you do not have to pay any additional costs when you proceed to payment. The price displayed is the price you will have to pay, without any surcharge !
In accordance with Belgian law, any buyer established in Belgium is entitled to notify the art'emi website that he renounces his purchase within seven working days from the day after the delivery date. The buyer concerned must include a copy of his order or invoice in the package. The site will refund the price of the product within 30 days.
This provision will apply to any buyer who enjoys the same protection in his country of residence.
Please note that products with special offers are neither returned nor exchanged.
Products that have been the subject, at your request, of a personalized or specific inscription (in particular, whose frame has been engraved or whose diamond(s) have been engraved by laser or other means), may no longer be refunded or exchanged once the payment has been made.

Exactly ! In order to personalize your gift and make this intention even more beautiful and delicate, art'emi offers you a personalization service. Just write your message in the "comment" section when you buy your jewel. We will then write the message manually on a small card, which will be placed in the jewel box.
