Confidentiality & Security of your personal data


This notice applies to the entire website, application and online and mobile digital service (“Services”) of ART'EMI SRL (“ART'EMI FINE JEWELRY”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

What information do we collect?

4* With whom will we share this data, where and when?

If we, or one of our business units, undergo a corporate transition, such as a merger, an acquisition by another company, or the sale of all or part of our assets.
We operate globally, so we need to transfer your personal data internationally. Specifically, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in Australia, Canada, Chile, the European Economic Area, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United States.

When information is transferred outside the EEA and is destined for an actor or supplier in a country not subject to an adequacy decision, the data is adequately protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or a supplier's corporate rules relating to processors.

5* How long will you keep my data?

When we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period thereafter (to allow us to fulfill your requests). We also keep a record of your requests not to send you direct marketing or to stop processing your data indefinitely so that we can respect your request in the future.

When we process personal data in connection with a contract or competition, we retain the data for 6 years.

When we process registration data, excluding the circumstances described above, we retain your data for 6 years.

6* What are my rights?

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data from us; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active processing) of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured and machine-readable format, and to request that we share (transfer) this data to another controller.

In some cases, we may send you direct marketing without your consent when we rely on our legitimate interests.

8* Security measures.

9* The privacy of children.

Our Services are not targeted at, nor intended to attract, children under the age of 16. We do not solicit personal data from children under the age of 16, nor do we send them requests for personal information.
