  • Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. We ensure your package has no defects before handing it over to the delivery service. The buyer must perform a similar inspection upon receipt. 
  • Claims must be submitted in accordance with the return conditions.

  • For every order, you benefit from a one-year warranty upon receipt of the proof of purchase. All our jewelry is handcrafted and of the highest quality. Thus, to prove our commitment, we pledge to repair your jewelry in case of hidden defects or faults. This warranty applies to all our products worldwide, no matter where you purchased them. 
  • If repair is needed, we have your jewelry examined to determine the source of the defect. If it is an error on our part, the insurance against hidden defects applies and we cover the repair as well as the return shipping of your jewelry.
  • Moreover, if your art’emi jewelry is no longer under warranty, the repair of the jewelry will be at the customer's expense.

Return conditions

All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty. Here are the conditions for returning an item:


  • Jewelry warranties cover only manufacturing defects. Any damage resulting from misuse cannot be covered by the brand.
  • The jewelry must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn
  • It must be protected in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope). We invite you to specify your order number and explain the problem encountered with the jewelry.
