To carry out our top-secret missions and pursue our interests, we use your personal data for several reasons:

Can I buy a pendant / a chain separately?
It is possible to purchase silver chains and medallions in addition to your jewelry.

From what age can one wear Art’emi jewelry?
Regarding precautions with children, regardless of the Art’emi jewelry or accessory, it is not suitable for children under 36 months, i.e., 3 years old. Baptism or birthday jewelry should be handled with particular care by parents. Art’emi disclaims all responsibility in case of an accident related to one of its jewelry pieces or accessories.
Are Art’emi jewelry pieces waterproof?
Art’emi jewelry is made from durable and quality materials. Some of them (such as bracelets with adjustable cords) are designed to be waterproof. However, over time and with wear and repeated "washing," Art’emi cannot guarantee anything. The brand does not recommend swimming with your jewelry if you want to keep it in good condition for as long as possible.
Art'emi especially draws your attention to seawater and sand. These do not mix well with our creations, and we do not recommend wearing them at the beach. Indeed, saltwater and sand grains could damage your jewelry or even scratch them.
The desired product is out of stock, what should I do?
Art’emi is a handcrafted jewelry brand, so it is possible that some products, victims of their success, may be out of stock. What materials are used to make your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made with high-quality durable materials. The main ones used are solid silver, gold plating, and vermeil. To learn more about all the materials used (origin and characteristics), visit our material guide.
My Art’emi jewelry is damaged, can I have it repaired?
If your art’emi product is damaged, you can return it to us for repair. However, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Before sending us your product, please notify us by email (info@artemi.be) so that we can inform you of the repair costs.
However, if your jewelry is still under warranty and it is a defect on our part, validated by our experts, please let us know via this same email address or directly on our website. We will provide you with a complete and free repair service.
How long does the warranty last and does it work abroad?
Each art'emi piece of jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty upon receipt of proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all our products worldwide, no matter where you bought them. Additionally, in case of a defect or unusual problem, please inform us by email: info@artemi.be to discuss it together and see the steps to follow.
I would like to order a new cord/fabric to customize my bracelet, is that possible?
Perfect! Just send us an email at the following address: info@artemi.be, indicating which model it is and which element you would like to change/modify. Art’emi will then provide you with the price associated with this modification and the steps to follow.
How to take care of my jewelry in summer?
At the pool, chlorine will mainly oxidize your sterling silver jewelry. They will tend to darken or rust. At the beach, we tend to apply sunscreen while keeping our jewelry on. Unfortunately, sunscreens contain chemicals that can damage or tarnish your jewelry. But also think about the sand that could scratch your jewelry, so remember to take them off!
What size should I choose for my art'emi jewelry?
You have a little memory lapse and no longer know your finger size? Don’t panic, art’emi is here to help. It provides you with a small size guide (just for you) to know your ring size. It is valid for ladies, but also for gentlemen! It’s right here.
Customization
Is there a maximum number of characters for the engraving?
The customizable jewelry to engrave from art’emi can contain between 10 to 35 characters depending on the chosen model. The Brussels jeweler reminds you that you can not only engrave a message but also a drawing or a logo as you wish.
Is it possible to have a colored engraving?
At the risk of disappointing some, our engravings are not colored. Our medals are engraved with a diamond tip or laser directly into the material. Here, color cannot come into play.
I forgot to fill in the box dedicated to personalizing my jewelry, what should I do?
You just ordered an art’emi piece of jewelry, but being forgetful, you forgot to mention your engraving! That's unfortunate... But not a problem. Send us an email at contact@artemi.be, with your message, logo, or drawing, correctly indicating where to engrave it, as well as the typography to use.
Is it possible to engrave on a material other than our jewelry?
Yes, it is possible at Art'emi to engrave on all your jewelry or objects. However, it is necessary to contact us beforehand here.
Thus, a custom quote will be made depending on the material and the engraving.
Can we engrave in braille on your jewelry?
Yes, at Art'emi we can engrave in braille on your objects or jewelry, as long as you send us your model.
Is it possible to engrave a symbol?
Engraving symbols or drawings is possible in our workshop. We would simply need an example sent as a png file.

Yes, it is absolutely possible, you will just need to send a photo right here to see if there is room for an additional engraving.

Is my payment on the site secure?
At art’emi, we pay very close attention to the security of your transactions. That’s why our payment methods, selected with love and care, are ALL secure. And don’t worry, the site does not keep your credit card number.
The cards accepted by the site are the following: Visa, Master Card/Eurocard, and American Express.
Are taxes included in the final price or will I have to pay an extra charge on the displayed price?
Good news for you, unless otherwise stated, the prices shown on our art’emi site include Belgian VAT. This is 21%. So, a quick recap to see if you understood correctly: the price you see on your screen is indeed the correct one – VAT is already included in the price.
Is it possible to pay 3 times without fees?
It is possible to pay in installments, thanks to the ALMA platform. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want more information.

Is it possible to have a gift package?
All Art’emi creations are carefully packaged in suitable boxes. Inside each box, you will find the jewelry harmoniously presented, along with its certificate of authenticity and warranty. You can therefore perfectly gift the jewelry in its original Art’emi box. You will make someone very happy!
Delivery & Returns
Where can I have my order shipped?
Our products can be delivered anywhere in the entire intergalactic world and for free! They are delivered by BPOST Belgium, which provides you with a tracking system for your shipment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In Belgium:
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment. Delivered within 2-3 business days.
In Europe:
Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment. Usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
Outside the European Union:
Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees, and additional charges billed by the destination courier company. Payment must be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any fees once the package has been shipped from our jewelry workshop in Brussels.
There is also a “next day” delivery option available on the quote, no matter where in the world you want it delivered. Once shipped, a tracking code is provided so you can follow your order. A signature is required upon delivery, so be sure to be present that day!

I need to have my jewelry by a specific date, what should I do?
All our creations are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received. Additionally, there is a “next day” delivery option available on the quote if you wish to be delivered quickly. You can then track your package (see question below).
Is it possible to track my package in real time?
Of course! At the time of shipment, the reference number of your package will be provided to you. It will allow you to track your package online on the BPOST website.
Can I have all Art’emi items delivered to me for free?
All art’emi jewelry and creations are subject to the following policy:
• Belgium :
Home delivery: Free
• Europe :
Home delivery: 6.5 euro - 35 euro
• Rest of the world :
Via Bpost: delivery fees will be calculated based on your location at the time of order completion.
What are the possible delivery methods?

Is there a withdrawal period after purchasing a piece of jewelry?
In accordance with Belgian law, any buyer established in Belgium has the right to notify the art’emi site that they withdraw from their purchase within seven working days from the day after the delivery date. The concerned buyer must include a copy of their order or invoice in the package. The site will proceed with the refund of the product price within 14 days.
This provision will apply to any buyer benefiting from identical protection in their country of residence.
Please note that products on special offer are neither returned nor exchanged.
Is it possible to return a personalized piece of jewelry?
Products that have been personalized or specifically inscribed at your request (notably those whose frame has been engraved or whose diamond(s) have been inscribed by laser or otherwise, apart from the certificate number) can no longer be refunded or exchanged once payment has been made.

How do I return a product purchased on your website?
Returns will only be accepted and will only result in a refund or exchange if our specialists confirm that the product is indeed identical to the one that was sent, without damage, modification, or any kind of intervention.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (original certificate provided, packaging, case, instructions...), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.
To note that products on special offer are neither returned nor exchanged.
If a buyer exercises the right set out in the article, and the latter meets the conditions mentioned above, the return shipping costs to the sender are at our expense. The return is made at the buyer’s risk and the product must not have been used by the buyer.

How do I exchange a product purchased on your website?
In case of an exchange, if the new order amount is higher than the order giving rise to the exchange, the user must include payment of the balance with the exchange request. Conversely, if the exchange amount is less than the order amount, the user will receive a refund of the overpayment under the same conditions as those mentioned above. Can I have any piece of jewelry cleaned?
At Art’emi we give a second life to all gold and silver jewelry. Whether it’s your rings, bracelets, necklaces, chains, ID bracelets, earrings, or brooches, we use professional techniques to restore their original shine.

How long does it take to clean a piece of jewelry?
Cleaning your jewelry takes at least 48 hours but this varies depending on the complexity and the number of pieces to be treated.
