DELIVERIES & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Art’emi ships its creations worldwide via Bpost Belgium. Each shipment is provided with a tracking number communicated at dispatch to allow the customer to track their order.

A signature is required upon delivery.

Belgium

  • Free delivery for purchases over €80.
  • Shipping within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
  • Delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days.
  • Express delivery available on request and according to Bpost rates.

European Union

 
  • Free delivery for purchases over €150.
  • Shipping within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
  • Delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days.
  • Express delivery available on request and according to Bpost rates.

Outside the European Union

  • Shipping within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
  • Delivery generally takes 7 to 10 business days.
  • Taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other possible charges are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are provided as an indication. Art’emi SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, postal services, customs authorities, force majeure, or social movements affecting delivery services.

DAMAGED PACKAGE OR DEFECTIVE ORDER

Package damaged during delivery

Any anomaly noticed upon receipt of the package must be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery slip.

A copy of this claim must be sent to Art’emi SRL by email at info@artemi.be within a maximum of 3 calendar days following receipt of the package.

Non-conforming or defective product

Any claim concerning an item received damaged, defective, incomplete, or not conforming to the order must be reported within 3 calendar days following receipt.

The request must be sent by email to info@artemi.be with supporting photographs.

After this period, no claims can be accepted, except in cases covered by the applicable legal warranty.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by using the standard withdrawal form available here or by any other clear statement addressed to:

The product must be returned:

  • in its original condition;
  • unworn;
  • unused;
  • accompanied by its original packaging;
  • accompanied by any certificate and the purchase invoice.

After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized jewelry;
  • engraved jewelry;
  • custom-made creations;
  • products made to the customer's order;
  • products whose protective packaging has been opened, worn, or used after receipt.

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after order confirmation.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items sold as part of a promotion, special offer, or clearance can be returned in compliance with the right of withdrawal conditions, unless they have been personalized, engraved, or custom-made.

The customer remains responsible for the product until it is received by Art’emi SRL.

Art’emi reserves the right to refuse any refund if the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, modification, or any other alteration resulting from improper use.

EXCHANGES

In case of an exchange request, the customer must return the product in accordance with these conditions.

If the chosen new product has a higher price than the original product, the customer must pay the difference.

If the new product has a lower price, Art’emi will refund the difference.
