All about delivery

To begin with, for all deliveries of its jewelry, art'emi ships FREE OF CHARGE worldwide via BPOST Belgium, which provides a tracking system for your shipment. At the time of dispatch, BPOST will provide you with your parcel reference. This will allow you to track your parcel online on the BPOST website https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home. Additionally, Saturday delivery is possible. Just indicate this on the BPOST quote. Finally, please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

In Belgium

  • Orders shipped 1 to 2 business days after payment receipt
  • Orders usually delivered within 2-3 business days
  • Next-day delivery option available on the BPOST quote

In Europe

  • FREE DELIVERY from €150
  • Orders shipped 1 to 2 business days after payment receipt
  • Orders usually delivered within 5-7 business days
  • Next-day delivery option available on the BPOST quote

Outside the European Union

  • Orders shipped 1 to 2 business days after payment receipt
  • Orders usually delivered within 7-10 business days
  • Next-day delivery option available on the BPOST quote
  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees, and additional charges. Payment must be made by the recipient.

These timeframes are provided for information only. Art’emi Fine Jawelry sprl disclaims all responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered products, or strikes affecting postal or transport services. In such cases, the user must take action directly with the postal services or carrier.

What to do in case of a damaged parcel or defective order?

If the parcel arrives damaged

If you immediately notice any transport-related issue, report it immediately on the transport document, or at the latest within 3 days (including holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof). Send a copy of the report to art’emi sprl by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, and by email to "info@artemi.be" within the same timeframe.

If the order is not compliant or has an issue

Any problem concerning delivered items (damaged items, missing items, broken item, defective item, etc.) must be reported within 3 days (including holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof). We will not accept any claims after this period. Please return the item and express all reservations or claims related to non-compliance or defect of the item(s) by email to "info@artemi.be" and by letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

Return policy

Withdrawal period

Buyers residing in Belgium or the European Union can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 business days following the delivery of their order. During this period, they can return the product, request an exchange, or a refund free of charge, except for return shipping costs. The buyer must include a copy of their order or invoice in the returned package. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sales of personalized or engraved products.

How to return or exchange an art'emi creation?

Personalized creations: any item personalized at your request (setting, engraved diamond, etc.) cannot be refunded or exchanged once payment has been made.

Creations under promotional offers: Products on special offers are also neither accepted for return nor exchange. To avoid any disappointment or dissatisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service first (info@artemi.be).

We will only accept returns, exchanges, and refunds on the condition that our specialists confirm the product is identical to the one sent. It must not have suffered any damage, modification, or intervention.

The buyer must return the product in its original packaging (original certificate, packaging, case, instructions...), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.

Furthermore, if a buyer exercises the right mentioned in this article, and meets all the conditions stated above, return shipping costs will be borne by us. However, the return is at the buyer’s risk and the product must not have been used by the buyer.

How do art'emi product exchanges work?

First, in case of an exchange, return your previous order following the instructions above. Moreover, if the new order is more expensive than the order you wish to exchange, the buyer must include payment of the balance with the exchange request. Conversely, if the exchange amount is less than the initial order amount, the buyer will receive a refund of the overpayment.
