Important: payment data (credit card) is processed directly and exclusively by our secure payment provider. Art’emi SRL guarantees the security of your information by never storing your credit card numbers.

4. How long do we keep your data?

  • Marketing data or data processed based on consent: until your deletion request, then a few weeks for effective implementation.
  • Contractual data (orders, contests): 6 years.
  • Registration data (customer account): 6 years from the last activity.
  • List of objections to direct marketing: kept indefinitely to respect your preferences.
