Our jewelry is made of high quality, durable materials. The main used ones are silver, plated gold and ruddy. To learn more about all the used materials (origin, characteristics, etc.), go to our materials guide.
My personalized engraving is too long, how do I do ? Is there a maximum number of characters ?

What will my engraving look like ?
If you want to know what the engraved jewel will look like at the end, nothing could be easier. Our engravings are in accordance with the visuals presented on our website. If you choose to engrave a text on your medal, you get a preview of what it will look like with the selected typography.
Concerning drawings or prints, no preview appears. But it will be similar to the visual you would have downloaded.
Is it possible to have a colored engraving ?
I might disappoint you but our engravings are not colored. Our medals are engraved with the tip of a diamond or by laser. We can't use color with this type of process.
I forgot to complete the box dedicated to the personalization of my jewelry, what should I do ?
You just ordered an art'emi jewel, but you're a bit forgetful and did not mention your engraving ! It's a pity.... But it's ok, we can fix it ! :) Send us an email on email@example.com, with the message(s), logo(s) or drawing(s) you want to engrave, the place where it should be engraved, and the typography you want to use and we'll take care of it.

You have several possible solutions:

So, good news for you, unless otherwise stated, the prices indicated on our art'emi website include Belgian VAT. This is 21%. So, a quick recap' to see if you have understood correctly: the price you see on your screen is indeed the right one - VAT is already included in the price.
Is it possible to pay 3 times free of charge ?
Where can I have my order shipped ?
Our products can be delivered anywhere in the intergalactic world and this for free! They are delivered by BPOST Belgium, which provides you with a system of tracking of your order.
I would like to ship my order to another address, is it possible ?
Yes, of course. You can have your jewelry sent to a different address from the invoice one. To do so, specify it when you're ordering your product in the "Address" tab. It's very practical for a surprise gift for example!
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
In Belgium :
Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Delivered in 2-3 working days.
In Europe :
Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
Outside the European Union:
Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after reception of your payment. Usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees and additional charges charged by the courier company at destination. Payment must be made by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any costs once the package has been shipped from our jewelry workshop in Brussels.
There is also a "next day" delivery option available on the delivery quotation. This option is working worldwide. Once shipped, you're provided with a tracking code to track your order. A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure to be there that day!

I need to have my jewelry on a specific date, how does it work ?
All our creations are shipped 1 to 2 days after reception of the payment. In addition, there is a "next day" delivery option available on the delivery quotation if you wish to be delivered quickly. This is working worldwide. You can then track your package (see question under).

Of course! At the time of shipment, you will be informed of the reference of your package. You can then track your package online on the BPOST website.
