Our jewellery is delivered worldwide by BPOST Belgium, which provides you with a traceability system for your shipment. At the time of shipment, you will be informed of the reference of your package. It will allow you to track your package online on the BPOST website https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home

Belgium:

Delivery is FREE

Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment. Delivered in 2-3 working days in Belgium.

Next day delivery option available on request.

Order any day of the week before 1pm. Friday orders can be delivered on Saturday. A tracking code is provided to you. A signature is required upon delivery.

In Europe:

Delivery is FREE

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees and additional charges charged by the courier company at destination. Payment must be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any costs once the package has been shipped from our jewellery workshop in Brussels.

These deadlines are provided for information purposes only. Art'emi Fine Jawelry sprl declines all responsibility for any delay, loss of ordered products or strike due to postal or transport services. In these cases, the user must take the appropriate steps directly with the postal services or the carrier. In order to ensure their perfect condition and safety during transport, all products are carefully packed. The user must check the packaging and products at the time of delivery.

An immediate report of any anomaly due to the transport must be made to the carrier or his agent, immediately on the transport document, or at most within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (date as postmark). copy of the report is sent to art'emi sprl by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and by email to "[email protected] within the same period.

Any problem concerning the items delivered (damaged items, missing items, broken items, defective items, etc.) must be notified within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof) and express all reservations or complaints relating to the non-conformity or defect of the items by e-mail to "[email protected]" and by a letter with acknowledgement of receipt to :

Return Policy

Non-professional buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product, for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sales of personalized and engraved products.
