At the time of shipment, BPOST will provide you with the reference of your package. It will allow you to track your package online on the BPOST website: https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home. In addition, it is possible to be delivered on Saturdays. All you have to do is notify it on the BPOST quote. Finally, note that a signature is required upon delivery.

If you immediately notice a transport-related defect, notify it immediately on the transport document, or at most within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof). Any problem concerning the items delivered (damaged items, missing items, broken items, defective items, etc.) must be notified within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (date as postmark). We will not accept any claims after this period. Any buyer residing in Belgium or in the European Union is entitled to cancel his purchase within 14 working days of delivery of the order. The buyer, therefore, has 14 days to return the product, to exchange it or to be refunded without penalty, except for the return costs. The buyer concerned must include a copy of his order or invoice in the package. Finally, the refund will be made within 30 days. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sales of personalized and engraved products.
Personalized creations: any personalized object at your request (frame, engraved diamond...), can no longer be refunded or exchanged once the payment has been made.
Creations under promotional offers: Products under special offers are also neither taken back nor exchanged, to avoid disappointment and dissatisfaction, do not hesitate to contact our customer service first (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will only accept returns, exchanges, and refunds on the following condition: that our specialists certify that the product is in conformity with the one sent. The latter must not be subjected to any damage, modification or intervention.
The buyer must return the product in its original packaging (original certificate, packaging, case, instructions...), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.

How are the exchanges of art'emi products going?
First of all, in case of an exchange, return your previous order to us following the instructions above. In addition, if the new order is more expensive than the order you wish to exchange, the buyer must include payment of the balance with the exchange request. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the amount of the initial order, the buyer will receive a refund of the overpayment.
