All about delivery
To begin with, for all deliveries of its jewels, art'emi delivers FREE worldwide by BPOST Belgium, which provides you with a traceability system for your shipment. At the time of shipment, BPOST will give you the reference of your package. It will allow you to track your package online on the BPOST website https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home. In addition, it is possible to have it delivered on Saturday. Just notify it on the BPOST quote. Finally, note that a signature is required upon delivery.

- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees and additional charges. Payment must be at the recipient's expense.
These deadlines are for information purposes only. Art'emi Fine Jawelry sprl declines all responsibility for any delay, loss of products ordered or strike due to postal or transport services. In these cases, the user must take the steps directly with the postal services or the carrier.
What to do in case of damaged package or defective order?
If the package arrives damaged
If you immediately notice an anomaly related to transport, notify it immediately on the transport document, or at most within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof). Send a copy of the report to art'emi sprl by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, and by email on "info@artemi.be" within the same deadlines.
If the order is not compliant or has an anomaly
Any problem concerning the delivered items (damaged items, missing items, broken items, defective items...) must be notified within 3 days (including public holidays) of delivery (postmark as proof). We will not accept any claims after this period. Please return the item and express any reservations or complaints relating to the non-conformity or defect of the item(s) by e-mail to "info@artemi.be" and by letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

Return Policy
Withdrawal periods
Buyers residing in Belgium or the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 working days of delivery of their order. During this period, they can return the product, request an exchange or refund free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. The buyer must include a copy of their order or invoice in the returned package. The refund will be made within 30 days. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sales of personalized or engraved products.
How do I return or exchange a art'emi creation?
Personalized creations: any personalized object at your request (frame, engraved diamond ...), can no longer be refunded or exchanged once the payment has been made.
Creations under promotional offers: Products with special offers are also not returned or exchanged. To avoid disappointment and dissatisfaction, do not hesitate to inquire first of all with our customer service (info@artemi.be).
We will only accept returns, exchanges and refunds on the following condition: that our specialists certify that the product conforms to the one sent. The latter must not be subjected to any damage, modification, and intervention.
The buyer must return the product in its original account packaging (original certificate, packaging, box, instructions ...), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.
In addition, if a buyer exercises the right contained in the article, and the latter includes all the conditions set out above, the return costs will be borne by us. However, the return is at the risk of the buyer and the product must not have been used by the buyer.

How are the exchanges of art'emi products going?
First of all, in case of exchange, return your previous order to us by following the instructions set out above. In addition, if the new order is more expensive than the order you wish to exchange, the buyer must attach to the exchange request the payment of the remainder. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the amount of the initial order, the buyer will receive a refund of the overpayment.
