Before and after receiving your package

Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. We ensure that your package is free of defects before it is given to the delivery service. The buyer must make a similar inspection at the time of receipt. Complaints must be made in accordance with the terms of the return policy.

Warranty & repairs ... in case of problems...

For all orders, you benefit from a one-year guarantee upon receipt of proof of purchase. All our jewels are manufactured in a traditional way and in the greatest quality. Thus, to prove our seriousness, we commit ourselves to repair your jewel in case of defect or hidden fault. This guarantee applies to all our products worldwide, no matter where you bought them. In case of need of repair, we will have your jewel examined to know the origin of the defect. If it is a mistake on our part, the insurance against hidden defects will apply and we will take care of the repair and return of your jewelry.

On the other hand, if your art'emi jewel is no longer under warranty, the repair of the jewel will be charged to the customer.

Return conditions

All our jewels benefit from a one year guarantee. Here are the conditions to return an item:

  • Jewelry guarantees only cover manufacturing defects. Any damage resulting from misuse will not be taken in charge by the brand.
  • The jewel must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn

It must be protected in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope). We invite you to specify your order number, to explain the problem encountered on the jewel.
